VideoPulse provides tools for generating and managing AI-assisted creative assets. Output quality, availability, generation time, and supported features may vary by model, plan, prompt, reference material, and system load.

3. Accounts and Payments

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Paid plans, credits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and by applicable payment provider rules.

4. Acceptable Use Policy for AI-Generated Content

You may only use VideoPulse for lawful, safe, and rights-respecting creative work. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, and how you use or distribute generated content.

NSFW and adult content are prohibited. Attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation systems, or policy enforcement are prohibited.

5. User Content and Rights

You represent that you have the necessary rights to any prompts, images, videos, audio, logos, faces, likenesses, or other materials you upload or reference. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms when needed for legal, operational, payment, or safety reasons.
